Make --with-shared-user-id work

* configure.ac (ANDROID_SHARED_USER_NAME): New variable.
Substitute it.
* java/AndroidManifest.xml.in: Set `sharedUserLabel' if a shared
user ID is enabled.
* java/res/values/strings.xml (shared_user_name): New string
resource.
